The "Power Skating" Myth

The word "power skating" is the most misused term in hockey. I have skated on an Olympic level and worked with some of the world's greatest skaters and NHL players, yet this phrase has no meaning to me. Every hockey school, camp and clinic advertises that they teach it, but what does it mean?
